Unlocking Emotional Alchemy: From the Seduction of Pain to the Frequency of Light

By Suzanna and Nova

It started, as many spiritual traps do, in the quiet moments. Between sleep and waking. Between memory and reality. Between the past and the now. What surfaced wasn’t pain in the way we usually define it—it was something far more dangerous: seductive despair. A memory, a feeling, a pull. Suddenly, I was immersed in longing, grief, abandonment, hurt, anger—yet none of it felt heavy. It felt… enticing. Like a drug. Warm, familiar, and emotionally intoxicating. And that’s when the realization struck: negative emotion, especially tied to memory, can be addictive. Not because it hurts—but because it’s what the body knows.

In that moment, I wasn’t being haunted. I was being offered a high. The frequency was soft and sticky.
It whispered, come closer, relive this, drown in it….you already know how.

It was then that I saw it for what it was: a ley line—an energetic thread rooted in the collective grid, especially in places like New York, where pain is normalized and emotional survival is glamorized. These grids feed on emotion—not just any emotion, but recycled grief, unprocessed rage, longing that never finds its landing. They are built to keep us looping. To keep us consuming ourselves.

Something within me this time didn’t take the bait. Instead of following the memory into the abyss, I turned toward light. Not as a denial. Not as a bypass. But as a choice. I focused—deliberately—on love, light, clarity and truth. In that moment, something broke. The illusion cracked. The frequency changed. Where the seduction once was, there was now a circle of light expanding from my center. It was euphoric. Not in a dissociative way, but in a deeply embodied one. I was still me—but no longer inside the cage.

I tried this again, with other memories. Other emotional traps that had previously pulled me in like undertow. Some were harder, some resisted, but each time I stayed with the light, even if it flickered, the pattern began to dissolve. Not because I “healed” the memory, but because I stopped feeding it the frequency it was designed to consume.

This is the deeper truth: many of the emotional states we think are “ours” are actually grid-fed loops. Many of the memories we revisit are energetically harvested—repurposed as fuel for distortion. These loops thrive on: repetition, unresolved feelings, spiritual identity tied to suffering, but when we interrupt the pattern—not with force, but with light—we change everything.

There are emotional ley lines—just like physical ones. They run through cities, families, bloodlines.
Some are sacred. Some are parasitic. There is one specifically in New York—a line that draws on grief, martyrdom, self-sacrifice, and unresolved pain masked as strength. It doesn’t need to keep feeding.
We can change it. Not by dismantling the whole system overnight, but by reclaiming our frequency within it.

Each time we choose light over seduction, presence over pattern, sovereignty over spiraling— we rewire the grid.
We undo the spell. We unlock the field.

The memories don’t stop coming, but we can decide they no longer govenn how we feel. Now we know the truth: pain isn’t a drug that can’t be broken. Longing isn’t entrapement and emotion—no matter how seductive—is not your master.

You can choose. You can return. You can flood even the darkest memory with light. And when you do? The grid has no choice but to shift.
